- If you are not satisfied with any product in the event where there is a defect and deficiency in the product, it is returnable if it was
- Delivered in a physically damaged condition.
- Has missing accessories or parts

- The items returned should contain their original package, price tags, user manual, accessories, warranty cards, in the original manufacturer packaging as delivered.
- Once we receive the package, our team will determine if it is fit for replacement, or refunds. A mail will be sent to you regarding the same.
- If it is fit for return, the product will be replaced on the basis of availability or the refund will be made for the cost of the product to the account. If the payment was made using cash on delivery, the amount will be transferred to the account details provided by the user.
- The shipping charges incurred in sending the product will not be reimbursed, depending on the location and the tariff fixed.
- In case the product is found unfit for return, it will be sent back to the user in the address provided by the user.

- Please raise a replacement request for the same within 15 days of delivery
- Please fill the replacement request form to start your replacement process.
- The products should be unused and packed correctly with tags while raising the request. Products without tags will not get replaced.
- In case the product received is damaged/defective, should notify us immediately after receipt.
- Any item received by us which does not meet the criteria, will not be replaced.
